Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily front-office operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries to relevant departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and document filing systems.
  • Assist the management team with data entry, report preparation, and maintain accurate digital/physical records.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and ensure the workplace is kept in an organized and professional state.
  • Support project documentation and assist with basic procurement administrative tasks.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate schedules, and assist in minute-taking when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and internal SOPs.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven working experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Batu Caves, Selangor.
