Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office documentation, filing systems, and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate electronic and paper records
- Support the procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with at least 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage
- Experience in the electrical or construction industry is preferred
