Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems for all company documentation.
  • Perform daily administrative duties, including answering calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Assist in data entry and processing using Excel and the QNE accounting system.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external reports and memos.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies while managing vendor relationships.
  • Provide operational support to management and various departments as required.
  • Ensure office procedures comply with company policies and local regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Familiarity with QNE accounting software is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
