Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain physical and digital filing systems for all company documentation.
- Perform daily administrative duties, including answering calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling.
- Assist in data entry and processing using Excel and the QNE accounting system.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external reports and memos.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies while managing vendor relationships.
- Provide operational support to management and various departments as required.
- Ensure office procedures comply with company policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Familiarity with QNE accounting software is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
