Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage, coordinate, and maintain daily schedules, meetings, and calendar appointments for the team.
  • Organize, index, and secure physical and digital filing systems to ensure rapid information retrieval.
  • Draft, format, and distribute official correspondence, emails, memos, and monthly operational reports.
  • Monitor, inventory, and coordinate the procurement of office supplies and administrative materials.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, visitor inquiries, and emails, routing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide ad-hoc clerical and administrative assistance to various departments as needed to optimize workflow.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an administrative clerk, office assistant, or clerical support role.
