Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain confidential filing systems and digital records
- Process incoming/outgoing communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Coordinate office logistics including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and equipment inventory management
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and official documentation
- Support payroll processing and employee record maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and digital filing systems
