Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily office administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Provide front-line customer support and handle basic client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database systems.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Support management with scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Clerk, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent command of Malay and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
