Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service to clients visiting the dealership
  • Maintain and organize all administrative documents, records, and files
  • Handle daily data entry and record-keeping tasks
  • Assist in preparing reports and correspondence as needed
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Process invoices and handle basic accounting tasks
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

Kualifikasi

  • SPM or equivalent qualification in administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage
