Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in coordinating communication between the warehouse, sales, and logistics departments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, correspondence, and shipping documents.
- Manage inventory records and assist in stocktakes as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone inquiries professionally.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Support HR and payroll processes by collecting necessary documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the logistics or supply chain industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Malay) is an added advantage.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an asset.
