Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) for seamless document retrieval
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records in our management system
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including correspondence, mail sorting, and document preparation
  • Process invoices, expense claims, and basic bookkeeping entries under supervision
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Provide general office support and assist with special projects as assigned

Kualifikasi

  • SPM or equivalent qualification required
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in data entry and document handling
  • Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
