In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring that all legal documentation, correspondence, and compliance records are handled with the highest degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

As an Admin Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team in maintaining operational excellence. You will manage workflows, assist with the preparation of legal briefings, and act as a key liaison between internal departments to ensure regulatory standards are consistently met. This position is ideal for an individual with strong administrative skills who is interested in developing a deeper understanding of corporate legal processes and compliance frameworks within a essential public utility sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and organize the daily administrative tasks of the Legal & Compliance department.
  • Maintain and update confidential legal files, databases, and digital archives with strict adherence to data protection protocols.
  • Assist in the drafting and formatting of legal correspondence, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduling for legal meetings, hearings, and regulatory review sessions.
  • Monitor and track expiration dates for critical legal permits, licenses, and contracts.
  • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support the team in preparing materials for internal audits and compliance verification exercises.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a legal environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity regarding confidential information.
