Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential customers within the Sabah community.
- Drive deposit acquisition and retention through proactive sales initiatives and personalized service.
- Identify and cross-sell a wide range of banking products, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, and insurance, to meet customer needs.
- Conduct regular market visits and community engagement activities to promote the bank’s brand presence and accessibility.
- Ensure all banking transactions and procedures strictly comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels and trust.
- Collaborate with the branch management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail banking, or relationship management is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse community groups.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales or driving business growth.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software systems.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet clients.
