Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office administration tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping duties, including bank reconciliations and processing invoices.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Prepare and process payroll documents under supervision.
- Maintain and update the company’s inventory and asset registers.
- Support the finance team in preparing monthly reports and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for necessary administrative and account-related matters.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Malaysian citizenship is preferred.
