We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin cum Account Assistant to join our dynamic team in Sandakan, Sabah. In this versatile role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our office operations run smoothly while supporting our financial administration. Your day-to-day tasks will involve a mix of administrative support and financial record-keeping. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining organized filing systems, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. Additionally, you will handle essential accounting duties such as data entry, processing invoices, and preparing receipts. We value accuracy and efficiency, so your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is key to your success in this position.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers with high accuracy.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office communications.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of office supplies.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Admin cum Account Assistant role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certificate in Accounting or Administration is a plus.
