Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage comprehensive administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and expense reports
  • Coordinate payroll processing and maintain employee records with strict confidentiality
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial analysis
  • Manage office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
  • Support tax compliance documentation and audit preparations
  • Implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years combined experience in administrative and accounting roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
  • Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
