Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
- Assist in the preparation of accounts payable and receivable vouchers.
- Support the finance team with basic bank reconciliation and ledger updates.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries with professional etiquette.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Coordinate scheduling for internal meetings and document preparation.
- Assist in monthly reporting and audit documentation preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or entry-level accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or Quickbooks).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in the West Region.
