Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily general administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supply procurement.
  • Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including timely invoicing and payment processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate general ledger records.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in year-end audit preparations.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all company records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and payment inquiries.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc operational tasks and special projects as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and local tax regulations.
