Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients and ensure timely follow-up on payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconcile bank statements monthly.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering inquiries.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures and prepare basic financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant tax regulations.
  • Support the team with inventory management and procurement paperwork.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or administration.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Singapore GST regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
