Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee office administrative functions including correspondence management, filing systems, and document control
- Coordinate corporate meetings, events, and executive travel arrangements
- Support department heads in preparing reports, presentations, and strategic documentation
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships for operational needs
- Act as primary liaison between departments to ensure communication flow and task alignment
- Assist in implementing corporate policies and process improvements
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain professional discretion
- Contribute to corporate initiatives through research and preliminary data analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in administrative or corporate support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience coordinating corporate events and stakeholder communications
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
