Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparation of offer letters and induction programs.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Handle general administrative duties including office supply procurement, facility management, and documentation filing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate data collection and processing.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and administrative tasks for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in HR or Admin is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Willingness to work in Johor Bahru.
