As an Admin cum HR Specialist, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining organizational efficiency, supporting employee relations, and ensuring our workplace culture remains vibrant and productive. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparation of offer letters and induction programs.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Handle general administrative duties including office supply procurement, facility management, and documentation filing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate data collection and processing.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and administrative tasks for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in HR or Admin is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Willingness to work in Johor Bahru.
