We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin cum Logistics Executive to join the team at X Stones Sdn. Bhd.. In this dual-role position, you will play a crucial part in our operations by ensuring smooth logistics processes and efficient administrative support. You will be the primary point of contact for handling orders, coordinating shipments, and preparing essential documentation. Your role will directly support the sales team by ensuring customer inquiries are resolved promptly and logistical operations run without a hitch.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily logistics operations, including tracking shipments and coordinating with transport providers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Process sales orders accurately, ensuring all data is entered into the system and verified without errors.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, and bills of lading.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information with a professional approach.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both administrative records and logistics documents.
  • Assist in stock inventory checks and coordinate closely with the warehouse team.
  • Liaise with internal sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar admin and logistics role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a busy office setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems is an advantage.
