  • Manage and maintain comprehensive vehicle fleet documentation, including maintenance logs and mileage records
  • Coordinate vehicle insurance renewals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Arrange timely repairs and maintenance services for company vehicles
  • Oversee office administrative functions including filing, document management, and record keeping
  • Procure and manage office supplies inventory

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Valid Malaysian driving license preferred
