In this pivotal position, you will serve as the first line of defense in medical emergencies while also managing the administrative and occupational health and safety (OSH) requirements of the facility.
Your role will be critical in maintaining a safe workplace culture. You will be responsible for providing immediate first aid and emergency medical care to staff, conducting regular health assessments, and ensuring full compliance with local health regulations and safety protocols. Beyond clinical duties, you will handle essential administrative tasks, including maintaining medical records, managing clinic inventory, and coordinating with external healthcare providers when necessary.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate and professional first aid and emergency medical care to warehouse, logistics, office employees, and on-site contractors.
- Conduct regular health screenings and medical examinations for new hires and periodic check-ups.
- Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) standards and local government regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and occupational health files.
- Maintain the medical clinic inventory, ensuring availability of essential supplies and medicines.
- Coordinate with external hospitals or clinics for referral cases and specialized medical treatments.
- Conduct safety awareness campaigns and training sessions to promote a culture of health and safety.
- Respond promptly to workplace accidents or injuries and assist in the return-to-work process.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the Philippines.
- Experience in Occupational Health, Occupational Safety, or a similar industrial nursing setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of OSH standards, fire safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with staff and management.
- Proficiency in using computer applications for record-keeping and reporting.
