Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation
- Process and track orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate inventory management for automotive spare parts
- Assist with purchasing and procurement of necessary supplies
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding orders and inventory
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in administrative support or parts management preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and office software
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is an advantage
