Ace Club Tennis is seeking a dynamic and organized Admin / Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our members, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. You will oversee daily administrative operations, manage court reservations, and support key internal functions such as HR and social media management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate court bookings, reservations, and waitlists efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with HR administrative duties, including payroll processing, leave applications, and staff coordination.
- Maintain accurate member databases and update contact information.
- Oversee social media platforms, curate content, and engage with the tennis community.
- Assist in organizing club events, tournaments, and social gatherings.
- Handle general office operations, filing, and supply management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A passion for tennis or sports is highly desirable.
