Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP system
- Manage and update customer information in our database
- Track inventory levels and assist with stock management
- Generate regular reports on customer service metrics and administrative operations
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person
- Assist with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
- Support the implementation of new administrative procedures and systems
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
