We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Admin Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kebayoran Lama. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data-driven decision-making processes. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable business insights, streamlining administrative reporting, and leveraging emerging technologies to optimize operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses a sharp eye for detail, a passion for data accuracy, and a proactive approach to solving complex operational challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure that data integrity is maintained while continuously improving our analytical frameworks using modern tools and Artificial Intelligence integrations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and validate complex datasets to ensure 100% accuracy in reporting.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support management with ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive operational analyses.
- Implement and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance data processing speed and predictive accuracy.
- Identify process bottlenecks and provide data-backed recommendations for operational improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly administrative reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure data security and compliance across all storage and processing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business administration, or reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) workflows, LLMs, or automated data processing tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
