PT. NEW GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY is a fast-growing company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin E-Commerce to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our online presence, ensuring that our storefronts across major marketplaces operate seamlessly to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable navigating various marketplace dashboards, and passionate about e-commerce growth. You will play a critical role in managing product inventories, processing orders accurately, and maintaining high shop ratings. If you are a proactive problem solver with a strong focus on operational excellence, we would love to have you on board to help drive our digital expansion.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations for multiple marketplace platforms including Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, and pricing).
- Monitor and process incoming customer orders promptly to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stock-outs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally via marketplace chat features.
- Monitor competitor pricing and promotions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare weekly sales and performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Admin or similar role in a marketplace environment.
- Proficient in using Seller Centers for Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-service oriented mindset.
- Strong basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work from our office location in Tangerang.
