In this role, you will be the backbone of our online operations, ensuring that our product listings are accurate, customer inquiries are handled promptly, and our digital store performance remains top-notch.

As an E-Commerce Admin, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our inventory and our digital customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and has a deep understanding of marketplace platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, or TikTok Shop. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily product uploads, updates, and stock inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Process incoming orders accurately and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely fulfillment.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews to maintain a high store rating.
  • Analyze sales performance data and assist in creating reports to track key metrics.
  • Execute promotional activities, including voucher setup, flash sales, and campaign registrations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing materials and product descriptions are optimized for SEO.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and stay updated on the latest platform features.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce administration or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce seller centers (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
