Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily operations for multiple online stores across various e-commerce marketplaces.
- Upload and optimize product listings, including writing engaging descriptions and ensuring accurate categorization.
- Maintain competitive product pricing and implement promotional updates as directed by the management team.
- Proactively handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via chat and email to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate order processing and monitor shipment statuses to guarantee timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain stock inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for replenishment as needed.
- Generate and analyze basic weekly sales reports to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Admin, Marketplace Admin, or similar administrative role.
- Strong familiarity with major Indonesian e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel) and general computer/internet navigation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to changing platform algorithms and store requirements.
