Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the executive office, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports to ensure high standards of professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow and project execution.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring cost-effective procurement and resource allocation.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for junior administrative staff, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and security.
- Implement and improve office administrative policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or management role.
- Proven track record of managing complex calendars and coordinating high-profile travel itineraries.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and basic accounting principles is a plus.
