Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing daily office procedures, filing systems, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinating meetings, managing executive schedules, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone inquiries, with professionalism.
- Assisting management with ad-hoc projects and special administrative assignments as required.
- Maintaining and updating office inventory and supplies to ensure operational readiness.
- Preparing internal reports and compiling data for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
