Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle daily office administration tasks, including managing correspondence, filing, and office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and technical teams.
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems (both physical and electronic).
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking tasks.
  • Assist in human resources administration, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Ensure the office environment is maintained, safe, and compliant with company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of working experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational and multitasking skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
