Role Overview
As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient administrative systems. From organizing files to assisting senior management, your work will directly support our operations and client services. This role offers a great opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to grow within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and organize all file systems and folders, both hard copy and digital.
- Provide daily administrative support to supervisors and team members.
- Coordinate office procedures, manage supplies, and ensure a productive work environment.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Assist in basic financial administration such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or property.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or property management software is an advantage.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage.
