Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive filing systems, ensuring all property documents and records are organized and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate daily office operations, including handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, tenancy agreements, and property listing reports with high accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth administrative workflows.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring the workspace remains fully functional and professional.
  • Support the management team with data entry, report generation, and administrative troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as professional training will be provided.
  • Must be based in or able to commute easily to Cheras, Selangor.
