Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee general office administration, ensuring all daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and post, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and organize travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Maintain and update accurate company records, filing systems, and databases for easy retrieval.
- Assist with inventory management, procurement of office supplies, and equipment maintenance coordination.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as the primary liaison between departments and external vendors or clients.
- Support the HR department with recruitment coordination and onboarding documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a busy office environment.
