  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a seamless, efficient, and highly productive working environment.
  • Manage facility coordination, including routine maintenance, repairs, office layout planning, and cleanliness.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, including document management and correspondence.
  • Plan, organize, and execute engaging employee activities, team-building events, and corporate celebrations.
  • Handle the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Liaise with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate company records, databases, and administrative filing systems.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including workstation setup and orientation.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as an Admin Executive, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern office management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for event planning and boosting employee morale.
