- Manage office operations, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives

- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality

Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years' administrative or executive support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
