As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our office functions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage general office administration and daily operations to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring records are easily accessible.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate documents.
  • Prepare and edit reports, meeting agendas, and business correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and maintenance of equipment.
  • Support other administrative staff with various tasks as required to meet business needs.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.
