Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general office administration and daily operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring records are easily accessible.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate documents.
- Prepare and edit reports, meeting agendas, and business correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and maintenance of equipment.
- Support other administrative staff with various tasks as required to meet business needs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional demeanor.
