Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office operations, including supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping systems
- Coordinate calendars, schedules, and meeting arrangements for staff
- Assist in recruitment processes onboarding of new employees
- Process invoices, expenses, and financial documentation
- Support cross-departmental communication and collaboration
- Implement administrative policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with Diploma in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
