Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and office supply inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with high professional standards.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management staff.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain electronic and physical records to ensure data accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Support the HR and Finance departments with basic data entry and document verification.
- Monitor office facilities and coordinate with vendors or building management for maintenance issues.
- Foster a productive office environment by ensuring administrative policies are followed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new internal software and administrative tools.
