Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure office productivity and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical documentation with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and digital records to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate scheduling for management meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Procure and manage office supplies and inventory to maintain cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format professional documents, reports, and internal communications.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate seamless operational support.
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
