Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and financial documentation
- Coordinate insurance claim submissions and policy documentation
- Oversee showroom appointment scheduling and customer correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all departments
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Prepare monthly administrative reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
