Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage general office administration duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and phone professionally.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, book venues, and prepare meeting agendas.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for both physical and digital documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal memos using Microsoft Office.
  • Support the HR and Finance departments with basic administrative tasks and document verification.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or Diploma in Business Administration/Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
