Tanggung Jawab

  • Process sales orders accurately and timely from order receipt to delivery confirmation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory availability.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records and assist with periodic stock counts and audits.
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents.
  • Support the sales team with client communication, data entry, and follow-ups.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Assist in daily office administration tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and correspondence.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse and sales administrative procedures for greater efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in sales, warehouse, or logistics environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP) is an added advantage.
