Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and packages.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and digital documentation.
  • Support the management team with scheduling, reporting, and data entry tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation of office reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Manage office inventory and coordinate with suppliers for supply procurement.
  • Provide front-desk support and facilitate a professional environment for clients and visitors.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure task efficiency and meet company deadlines.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.
