Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and office supplies procurement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Handle petty cash management and ensure all vouchers are properly documented.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative projects and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance records and staff leave schedules.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or accounting-based role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or equivalent).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
