Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee general office administration, including efficient filing systems, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist the HR department with end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and HR databases with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with department heads to schedule meetings, manage agendas, and handle internal communications.
  • Manage office inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.
  • Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence to ensure clear communication.
  • Support payroll assistance and resolve employee queries regarding leave and policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
