Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative functions to ensure seamless office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone inquiries, ensuring a professional image for the company.
- Maintain and update accurate records and databases for efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation, processing, and tracking of invoices and financial documentation.
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
- Organize office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure operational readiness.
- Support other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree qualification in any field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
