Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for management review.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar.
- Maintain office inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the Sales and Operations teams with general administrative assistance.
- Ensure all office equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
