Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Assist in coordinating packaging production schedules and inventory management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Prepare and process documentation related to packaging materials and products
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for packaging team members
  • Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry
